Are Adira products eligible for returns?

Yes, all products purchased directly from our website are covered under our return policy.

You just need to email us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the return.

How do I return a product?

Simple! Just send us an email at youradira2025@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Photos of the product(s)

  • The tags intact

  • Your reason for return

We’ll reply within 48 hours with the return process.

What should I do after I email you?

Sit tight! Our team will get back to you via email within 48 hours with all the details and steps to return your product.

Who arranges the return shipping?

In most cases, you’ll need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.
In special situations, we may be able to arrange a pickup, but this will include a ₹200 pickup charge, confirmed at the time of return approval.

How will I receive my refund?

We issue refunds in the form of a Refund Coupon Code (RCC)—equivalent to the value of your returned product.

  • For COD orders, ₹125 is deducted as we incur cash handling charges.

  • For Prepaid returns, there is no deduction if you’re returning part of your order.

  • For International returns, shipping costs and any custom/import duties paid will be deducted from the refund amount.

The RCC will be sent to you via email once we receive your returned item in good condition.

When will I receive my refund coupon code?

You’ll receive your RCC within 48 hours of the returned item reaching our warehouse.

How can I use my refund coupon code (RCC)?

  • It’s valid for 1 year from the date of issue

  • It’s a one-time-use coupon

  • You can apply only one coupon per order
    To maximize its value, we recommend using the full amount in a single purchase.

Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges are treated the same as returns.
Just follow the return process, and use your refund coupon code to place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.

  • For COD orders, we’ll confirm via phone before shipping.

  • For prepaid orders, you can choose to receive an RCC for the full amount, or request a refund to your original payment mode (a 5% payment gateway fee will be deducted).

Can I get a refund directly to my bank account?

We generally provide refunds as Refund Coupon Codes.
Only in special prepaid cases where the order is cancelled before shipping, we can process the refund to your original payment method, after deducting 5% as per payment gateway fees.

Why am I being charged shipping when using a coupon code?

We offer free shipping for orders above ₹300.
If applying a coupon code reduces your cart value below ₹300, a shipping charge applies.
