Do you ship across India?

Yes! Adira ships pan-India, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most locations.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, etc.): 2–3 business days*

  • Tier 2 Cities: 3–4 business days*

  • Rest of India: 4–6 business days*

  • Express Delivery (wherever applicable): 48–72 hours*

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a live tracking link.
Make sure to provide your email ID at checkout to get order updates instantly!

When will my order be delivered during the day?

Once your order is out for delivery, our delivery partner will contact you via phone. They’ll be able to confirm the expected time of arrival.

Is OTP verification required for delivery?

Yes, to ensure safe and secure delivery, our courier partners use OTP verification. Please keep your phone handy when receiving your order.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Don’t worry! Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before the package is returned to us.
In case of missed delivery, our team may also reach out to assist you.

  • Prepaid orders that are returned undelivered can be resent with an additional shipping fee of ₹125.

  • If you cancel a prepaid order after it is returned, a refund coupon code will be issued after deducting ₹250 for two-way shipping charges.

How long does international delivery take?

All international orders are packed with care and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Delivery timelines vary by country but generally range from 7 to 20 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are shipped on the next working day.

How do I track my international order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and live tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

What are the international shipping charges?

Shipping charges depend on your country and order weight. Exact charges will be calculated at checkout before you make the payment.

Who pays for customs or import duties?

Please note that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if any) are to be borne by the customer. These charges vary by country and are not under our control.

What payment methods do you accept for international orders?

What if I don’t receive my international parcel on time?
